Orders and Shipping
Do you offer free delivery
Yes we offer free delivery on all orders over £35.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
How can I track the status of my order?
We track every order to ensure it reaches you safely. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey here.
If you experience any issues with your tracking, please reach out to us at hello@wearecentred.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact hello@wearecentred.com to make changes to your order within two hours of placing your order.

Are your products vegan & cruelty free?
All of our products are vegan, cruelty free and are registered with the vegan society.
Are your products silicone free?
Yes all of our products are silicone free

Yes all of our products are sulphate free
Can I use your products on coloured hair?
Yes, our products are safe to use on coloured hair. Our formulas are designed to be gentle yet effective, helping to nourish and protect your hair without stripping or fading your colour.
Can I take your supplements while pregnant?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it's always best to consult with your doctor or healthcare provider if you unsure about whether you are able to take supplements.
Can I sleep in the En Root Scalp Oil?
Our En Root Scalp Oil is designed to be a wash off product. We recommend that you apply the oil onto dry hair and leave the oil on for 20mins - 2 hours. If you wish to sleep in our En Root Scalp Oil it is up to your discretion.
Can you use centred products on a sensitive scalp?
Yes, CENTRED products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients, making them suitable for sensitive scalps. Our products are free from harsh chemicals such as sulphates which can often irritate the scalp.
If you have any concerns, we recommend doing a patch test or consulting with your healthcare provider to ensure they are right for you.
Returns
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please email us at hello@wearecentred.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues, as we may not be able to provide assistance after this period.
I have received the incorrect item, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that there has been a mistake with your order. Please email us at hello@wearecentred.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues, as we may not be able to provide assistance after this period.
What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. The total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. Please allow 10 business days after we receive the returned items at our facility for the return to be processed.
